By using the Hav-A-Storage website or renting a storage unit from us, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. About our services

Hav-A-Storage operates a self storage facility at 1600 Industrial Blvd., Lake Havasu City, AZ 86403, offering indoor units, climate-controlled units, outdoor fenced storage, and parking for boats, RVs, trailers, and vehicles. Rental terms and pricing are set out in your individual Rental Agreement signed at the office.

3. Website use

Our website is provided for informational purposes. You may use it to learn about our facility and contact us. You may not:

• Use the website for unlawful purposes

• Attempt to interfere with the website's operation or security

• Copy or republish website content without our written permission

4. Rental Agreement controls

If you rent a unit, the signed Rental Agreement at the office governs that rental — including rent, payment terms, access rules, prohibited items, and our and your rights and responsibilities. Nothing on this website overrides the Rental Agreement.

5. Prohibited items

Tenants may not store hazardous materials, illegal items, perishable food, live animals, or anything else prohibited by applicable law or by the Rental Agreement.
